The Host collects information when customers register . The registration section asks customers for their name , complete mailing address, date of birth , gender , employment information , credit source , if applicable , and industry classification for the site proposed for hosting or listing . Once registration is complete and customer accepts terms and conditions of licensing agreement customer is given a user ID number and asked to choose a confidential four letter or number password or access code to design , develop , create , transfer or assign their own web site to the Host's network . Host at its sole discretion may keep a record of any correspondence with a customer it deems necessary to carry out its business , correct problems , provide customer support or address customer relations .

Customer information provided to Host in registration statement will be held confidential from the general public . But Host will cooperate with any law enforcement agency investigating a violation of law when such information is requested by proper law enforcement authorities . Customer also understands that Host may provide information from customer's registration statement to your credit provider when processing a transaction for host services , costs or fees to enable transaction to be completed . Credit card information will be transmitted in an encrypted format , but Host can not guaranty 100% security . You register such information at your own risk . We will use our best efforts to ensure this data is encrypted and stored on our secured server . Host also reserves the right to disclose confidential information to identify , contact , or bring legal actions against any individual that may be causing injury , interference , intentionally or unintentionally , to the Host , a customer or any other user or third party injured by such conduct through or facilitated by use of Host's network or system , or who violates the terms of the Operating License Agreement .

Host may from time to time send customers email regarding products or services available and or opportunities to receive materials or special offers from third party providers . In the event customer objects to these offers simply tell host you are not interested in receiving such in the future .

Web site customers are responsible for their own privacy policy . If you are an end user of Customer you act on your own risk .  Host is not responsible or liable for the independent privacy and/or other policies of its customers .  Host may from time to time use cookies to track and store information about customers and end users of sites on Host's network . Cookies may monitor customer entry and/or exit from their site as well as estimate the non-customer audience to each web site hosted on Host's network .

Customers may use cookies on their own web site solely to measure their audience . Customers must not damage Host's cookies in doing so .  Host does not sell customer information to anyone .

If a customer looses their password , customer must contact Host to reset password .

It is important to keep your password confidential to prevent unauthorized use . If you disclose personal information online that information may be collected and used by others and you may receive unsolicited messages from third parties . Be sensible and alert.
